Who’s Rachel?
I am a fully qualified 200 hour RYA approved Yoga Teacher based on the border of Worcestershire / Herefordshire, United Kingdom.
I teach weekly Vinyasa Flow Yoga, with an emphasis on letting go and helping you to live more in the now.
I trained at Soul Sanctuary Studios who fuse modern life psychology with ancient wisdom of Yoga aimed at personal empowerment - Power Yoga.
I have always loved Yoga on and off since my early twenties but it wasn’t until my forties when it became a lifeline. As an older mum with three young children and the symptoms of peri-menopause becoming a daily struggle, I turned to my own Yoga practice and journey to give me the tools of cope with everyday life.
My natural default is glass half full if not overflowing and to find joy in every day. Yoga reminds me who I am and I’m now on a mission to help more people live this way.
Spring Awakening with Rachel Radiates Yoga at NT Brockhampton
Join me among the blossom trees at the beautiful NT Brockhampton as we welcome the turning of the season together.
This outdoor yoga series is an invitation to shake off the stillness of winter and gently awaken your body with mindful movement, breathwork, and presence in nature. Set beneath the trees, each session is a moment to reconnect, ground yourself, and boost your wellbeing — all in rhythm with spring’s renewal.
Yoga in Nature: Mindful Moments
Rest, Regulate & Radiate, Friday 1pm
Join me in the beautiful, beamed carthouse at The Fold in Bransford every Friday lunchtime at 1pm.
This indoor Vinyasa Flow yoga series is an invitation to give yourself permission to rest, connect to your breath, move your body and let go of what no longer serves you.
Through mindful movement, we regulate the nervous system coming out of the modern day default of fight and flight and into the state where the body heals itself, in rest and digest.
It’s the Yoga session your future self will thank you for.
Restorative Flows Monday 10am, 6.15pm, Thursday 7.15pm
Nourish your body and take the time for yourself as we move gently into this year. This restorative flow focuses on grounding yourself through breath, movement and connection.
Classes held at Kindred III in Bromyard, 23-29 Broad Street.
Always followed by a complimentary organic herbal tea in the Herbal Room.
